All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within **1 to 3 business days** (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has officially shipped.

**2. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times**
To ensure the highest quality control and best available pricing, our products are shipped directly from our global fulfillment partners. Our standard estimated delivery windows are as follows:

• **United States:** 7–12 business days
• **Canada, UK & Europe:** 8–15 business days
• **Rest of the World:** 10–20 business days

**3. Shipping Rates**
We are proud to offer **Free Standard Shipping** on all orders across the United States! For international locations, any applicable shipping charges will be clearly calculated and displayed at checkout.

**4. Tracking Your Order**
Once your package is handed over to the postal carrier, a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a tracking link will be sent to you automatically. You can monitor your package's journey directly from that link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

**5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes**
StyraHair is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order upon arrival in your country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.

**6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages**
Once an item is handed over to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the buyer. If your tracking details state that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or carrier directly to file a claim. For items that arrive physically broken or defective, please contact our support team immediately at alouach.rachi@gmail.com with photographic proof so we can expedite a replacement for you.

**7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses**
Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. StyraHair is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable or sent to the wrong destination due to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
